Terms of Service

By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Peak & Pit.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and provide a valid phone number.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you post. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content to the friends you chose, solely to operate the app.

Content standards

You may not post or send:

• Sexual content involving minors, or any illegal content
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or targeted abuse
• Nudity or sexually explicit material
• Graphic violence, self-harm encouragement, or content glorifying harm
• Spam, scams, impersonation, or unauthorised advertising
• Anyone else's private information posted without their consent

Moderation and reporting

Every post, comment, and profile can be reported from inside the app, and you can block a user at any time. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Objectionable content is removed and the accounts responsible are suspended or permanently banned. There is no tolerance for abusive users.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms. You can delete your account at any time from the app's settings.

Subscriptions

Optional paid features renew automatically through your app store account unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your app store settings.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app.
